What is the difference between processing time and shipping time?
Processing time is the time needed to prepare, pack, and ship your order. Shipping time is the time the carrier takes to deliver your package after it has been shipped. Please note that processing and shipping times are separate. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on location.
What if my package says delivered but I can't find it?
Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office first. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, The Little Dream Drop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
